Toast Coetzer was born in 1977 in Cradock. He’s in the band The Buckfever Underground and he works as a travel journalist for WEG and Go! magazines.
He brought out two books in 2009: Naweek, an Afrikaans novella, and Key to Cape Town (with Samantha Reinders), a guide to the Mother City.
His short stories, poetry and travel columns have also appeared in other collections.
